What will a program look like?
Your program will be held over 3-months to ensure enough time and support for you to create real, femm-WELLNESS change. It will include an 80-minute initial consultation, held over zoom, followed by either 5 or 11 50-minute follow-up coaching sessions.
Initial consultation;
Comprehensive review of your health.
Relaxed discussion around YOU, your concerns, symptoms and health, menstruality and creativity goals.
In-depth assessment of nutritent intake, diet, lifestyle, menstrual cycle and health history.
Review of any medications or supplements you are taking.
Together we will create an epic individualised 3-month wellness program focused on how you want to show up in your body and in your life.
Follow-up sessions;
Intimate woman to woman wellness and cycles coaching that deep-dive discussion, support and accountability, for making sustainable, long-term changes.
Held every week or fortnightly (depending how many sessions is best for your unique goals).
Review of your continued progress.
Femm education on the menstrual cycle and hormones, that is guided by your interests and goals.
Celebrate wins and achievements, ALWAYS!
Discuss implementation, symptoms, challenges or areas where you need extra support, so you never feel stuck or alone.
Unlimited email support in-between sessions if you need to ask questions, clarify anything or for a “you’ve got this babe” pep talk!

The number of sessions depends on your unique health needs and goals. While some clients see progress after just one session, I offer at least 6 sessions to ensure you feel fully supported and have the time to make sustainable changes. This allows us to adjust your program as needed and give you the best chance at long-term success.
